OVERVIEW

Get out into nature and enjoy an active, adventurous time in beautiful Rockwood Park, as you hike and paddle around these beautiful lakes. You’ll spend approximately 55 minutes doing each activity in small groups of up to 15 per guide. After you gear up and receive safety instructions, you’ll hike along a wooded trail for approximately one mile. You’ll then have the choice to paddle on the lake in your choice of kayak or canoe for approximately 1/4 mile.

• Dress in weather-appropriate clothing.
• Wear flat comfortable walking shoes.

Need to Know:

Note: Participants must be at least 10 years of age, should be physically fit and will be required to sign a waiver. Paddling activities have a weight restriction of 270 lbs. This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. You may get wet while paddling. Please wear closed-toed shoes and clothing appropriate for hiking and paddling. Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses are recommended. Travel time to/from the park is about 15 minutes each way.
