The New Welcome Plaza

First up, we want as many people as possible to experience the island. Because it's not a party without the whole crew. That means building a pier so that everyone can step right into paradise, no tendering required. You'll be welcomed on to the island at our Welcome Plaza featuring an Instagram-worthy Panoramic Bridge. It's the perfect selfie spot! Plus, getting around the island will be easier than ever with our brand-new tram that'll take you directly to all the additions to Great Stirrup Cay!

Great Life Lagoon, Our Biggest Pool Ever

Next, we're excited to announce the all-new pool area, Great Life Lagoon. Here's where we really dared to think big and then think even bigger. It's a pool that's, well, cruise-ship sized. With so much space, there's a spot for you and everyone you travel with. Looking for a way to spend time with the kids? No problem. This pool also features a beach-like gradual entry that's perfect for kids to wade into and splash around at their comfort level. Plus, plenty of exciting water toys and features to keep the fun going. The adults have their own section to kick back in, complete with Reef Bar and an on-site DJ so you can sip, swim and jam. Now THAT'S the great life!

Grab a Personal Hammock at Hammock Bay

Looking to relax with the sound of the ocean as your background music? There's a spot for that. Hammock Bay invites you to kick back in a personal hammock and chill out. Your new chill hang spot is also just a few steps away from our tiki bar, The Lazy Coconut, when you're ready for something refreshing and fruity. And, whenever you're hungry, the BBQ station isn't far at all. For anyone looking to unwind, it's hard to think of a more perfect afternoon!

Vibe Shore Club on Great Stirrup Cay

A guest favorite from the ships is coming ashore! Everything you love about Vibe Beach Club on board is headed to Vibe Shore Club on Great Stirrup Cay. It's an exclusive-access, adults-only area full of spots to relax in a calm, tranquil environment. Plus, you'll have access to a private bar just for Vibe Shore Club guests.

Family Activities at Splash Harbor

Family memories are the best souvenir ever, and you can make plenty at the all-new Splash Harbor! Ideal for younger kids who might not be ready for the big pool just yet but still want a chance to play, slide and splash around, this is the perfect spot for the whole family to gather and enjoy the giggles.

Thrill Slides and Chill Rides

Starting next year, you'll also be able to experience an all-new Great Tides Waterpark. Complete with rides both fast and slow, you'll be able to find something that's just your speed. Feel the thrill on towering waterslides made for speed and splash and a river ride that has all the relaxing vibes of a lazy river but sometimes picks up the pace just to keep the fun going.

There's something for the whole family here, too. Family-friendly slides and rides along with a family-friendly splash zone are just around the corner.

For anyone looking for thrills on the ocean, there's a new shore excursion for you: jet karts! Yes, that is indeed a combination of a jet ski and go-kart. Feel the need for speed as you race along the waves!

Game Time Never Ends at Horizon Park

When you come over to Great Stirrup Cay, we hope you remember to pack your game face. Our new Horizon Park is a great place not just to hang out, but also to get a little friendly competition going. Challenge your travel buddies to pickleball, go for a hole in one on the mini golf course and play classic backyard favorites like cornhole. Need to refuel? Walk up to one of the beverage carts you'll find in this area, and discover something refreshing to help put you at the top of your game.

Some things about the island need no improvement. The beautiful white-sand beaches, for example. The view of crystal-blue waters you'll get from the beaches needs no updating either. You'll still be able to enjoy both from a rented, shady cabana. And you can still top off your picture-perfect day with a photoshoot on one of our guest-favorite over-water swings.
