Take a ride to one of the local beaches of Curaçao to cruise to Turtle Bay and snorkel its crystalline waters where sea turtles are frequently spotted. On the way there, the crew will describe the characteristics of Curaçao’s most commonly seen marine biodiversity including turtles. Although these species are endangered due to factors such as loss of nesting habitat, pollution and poaching, sea turtles can still be spotted off some of Curaçao’s beaches. Snorkeling near one of these magnificent creatures as it gracefully swims by is an experience that you will not soon forget. The crew will offer instruction on how best to behave in the water when close to a sea turtle. The waters are also teeming with tropical fish, many of them incredibly colorful.

• Listen to commentary from the crew explaining the threats to these endangered species.
HELPFUL HINTS
• Dress in weather-appropriate clothing.

OVERVIEW
Ride across the island in an open-air Jeep to a natural pool along the sea and a cave adorned with centuries-old pictographs. You will enjoy uninterrupted views of the gorgeous countryside as you travel through Aruba’s rugged interior, often on roads only accessible in a 4-wheel-drive vehicle. The seaside pool lies within the Arikok National Park, an environmentally protected wonderland that covers nearly 20% of the island. It will be immensely relaxing to ease into the crystal-clear waters of the secluded pool, which fills a bowl-like depression in the volcanically formed shoreline. Nearby, you will explore Fontein Cave, whose limestone walls are covered with reddish-brown drawings – some floor-to-ceiling – that the indigenous Arawaks created long ago. Anthropologists speculate that the artists may have been under the influence of psychedelics. To experience a weird sensation yourself, dip your feet into the freshwater pool nearby and enjoy a fish pedicure of sorts.
HIGHLIGHTS
• Ride through Aruba’s rugged interior, often on roads only suitable for a 4-wheel-drive vehicle.
• Enjoy panoramic views of the volcanically formed terrain, which at times is desert-like.
• Relax in a natural pool along the sea in the Arikok National Park.
• View centuries-old pictographs that the Arawaks drew in the depths of Fontein Cave.
HELPFUL HINTS
• Dress in weather-appropriate clothing with a swimsuit underneath.

When Christopher Columbus arrived in Jamaica in 1494, the Spanish settlers established a capital and called it New Seville in homage to the celebrated Spanish city of the same name. Your tour will take you through St. Ann’s Bay, a town juxtaposed with the spot where Jamaica’s first capital once stood. St. Ann’s Bay boasts a statue of Columbus which you’ll see during your drive through town. The drive along the coast will take you through Runaway Bay where some of the last Spanish settlers fled after the British captured the island. After a scenic drive passing seascapes and mountain ranges you’ll arrive at your destination, the Martha Brae River.
Your raft Captain will tell you the tale of Martha Brae, the magical Indian maiden whom the Spanish colonists tortured to reveal the location of a secret gold mine. She ultimately succumbed to her tormentors and led them to the mine. En route Martha summoned her magical powers to transform the river, drowning the Spanish soldiers and herself as well. Legend says that her ghost still guards the entrance to the mine to this day. Ponder the legend as you glide downstream this 90 minute tranquil river ride.

With platforms at 120-feet above ground and top speed of over 50 mph, your senses will be dazed with adrenaline as you zip out over the beach and reef of Great Stirrup Cay. The V nets allow you to traverse from one zipline to another while providing you with bird’s-eye view of your fellow guests, the many islands to the South or the turquoise waters and their inhabitants below.
For those feeling extra strong and confident we’ve added an almost vertical cargo net climb or by-pass the cargo net and continue the course via the chimney climb and V net bridges.
Either way this zipline course is great for individuals, families or just a bunch of friends who want to get together to experience some adventurous fun. Tour space is limited, secure your adventure today.

For a look at the teeming marine life that inhabits the coral reefs, you will glide through the sea in an air-conditioned Nautilus semi-submersible submarine. Expect to see an ever-changing parade of brightly colored fish, an old shipwreck and perhaps a sea turtle or two. OVERVIEW
Race through the otherworldly terrain near an abandoned bauxite deposit on your own ATV and then relax at an exclusive beach club. One of the key ingredients in aluminum, bauxite has been mined in the Pedernales region for years. As you will discover at the former Las Mercedes mine, the surrounding landscape features huge ochre-colored craters, boulder-strewn hills and scrubby green vegetation – the ideal setting for an exhilarating ATV ride. Expect dusty trails and nonstop thrills as you follow the guide through the rugged terrain, which resembles a lunar landscape. The setting for the remainder of the excursion is the polar opposite, as you will spend hours relaxing on Baby Beach, a beautiful stretch of sand named for its diminutive size. Even so, it is big on amenities. Feel free to take a refreshing dip in the ocean and swimming pool, paddle off in a kayak and enjoy the open bar.
